Kerala Porotta (also known as Parotta) is the iconic flatbread of Kerala, famous for its flaky, crispy layers that pull apart beautifully. Made from maida flour, our porotta is kneaded, rested, and then skillfully stretched and folded multiple times to create those signature layers. Each porotta is cooked on a hot griddle until golden and crispy on the outside while remaining soft and fluffy inside.
